The Cryoporter is powered by a quiet stirling engine that runs off of any standard 120v wall outlet and has an optional battery attachment that can run the unit between power sources. Inside, the cryoporter contains a removable aluminum block that can be customized to fit your specimen needs.
Once the Cryoporter has been turned on, it can reach -80C within 2 hours, at that point, any specimen that is added will reach parity in four minutes. An easy to use control panel is situated at the front of the cryoporter along with an LCD screen that displays settings and temperature.
