Detailed Description and Features of Cryo Porter:

• Accurate and fast temperature control
  From the front control panel, Cryo Porter’s temperature is easily adjusted within a wide range of temperatures. From an ambient temperature of +25C the unit reaches a target temperature of -80C in approximately 2 hours. After reaching -80C,it can bring liquid contained in sample tubes to -80C within 4 min.
• Easy to operate
  Simply plug the power cord in to any 100~120V outlet, (or 12V power source with DC plug),and turn on. Set the unit to the desired temperature on the easy-to-use control panel.
• Easier, longer transport of samples
  The unit’s weight is approximately 22 lbs. It can be carried anywhere. It can be operated on vehicles, airplanes… anywhere a power socket is available!If it is necessary to transport your samples for some distance, you just plug in the cigarette lighter adapter in the vehicle and it will be ready to run, just as if you were at a stationary power source (cigarette lighter plug is included with this unit).
• Stirling engine cooling system : the ultimate in advanced cooling
  The Cryo Porter features the unique Stirling cooling system. After turning the unit off while running at -80C, given a stable room temp of +25C and using as an example a block of 1.5ml tubes or 50ml water, the temperature would rise from -80C to -20C after approximately 125 minutes.
